• Movement re-patterning: to find integration and ease in being in your own body and skin. Informed by Feldenkrais Method, Alexander Technique, kinesiology, Body-Mind-Centering and other somatic modalities, we will be looking into how our optimal developmental movement patterns can be enhanced, while other interfering and distracting patterns can be examined and retrained.
  • Therapeutic movement groups focus on a variety of challenges and themes:
    • Caretaker & babies/toddlers : Secure attachment, safety, and loving bonding
    • Rhythmic movement groups – “Flow with your rhythms”: Engage in self-care, interpersonal and intrapersonal relationship learning, wellness, stress relief, self-expression, emotional regulation
    • Movement in mythology: Mythological insight for healing, being more culturally and racially informed. Interwoven stories from a variety of cultural/ethnic sources to explore the ancient and organic healing approaches
    • Creative and in-depth improvisation: Foster problem solving capabilities, unlock creative potentials and desire, journey onto a healing path for spirit/body/mind, enhance frustration tolerance, engage in authentic and affective embodiment
  • Somatic movement exploration and meditation session: learn about basic anatomy of mind and body, to regain balance and serenity in a constantly changing world
